As you know, calcium is a very necessary nutrient to facilitate bone development and growth. It blocks the occurrence of bone issues like shrinkage due to osteoporosis in the later part of life.

Calories are also necessary in development and growth of the body as they supply the needed energy for the body to perform its functions while, proteins on the other hand support the growth and development of the muscles particularly. Similarly, if you really want to gain height why you're still young, then you have to maintain enough sleep hours regularly to give your body enough rest.
